Background

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, I have over two decades of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions.

My clinical experience includes work across a range of settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, and residential programs. These diverse experiences have allowed me to develop a comprehensive and adaptable approach to mental health care, meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs.

For the past 15 years, I have been in private practice, where I have worked with individuals across a wide range of ages, concerns, and life circumstances. I particularly enjoy working with teens , young adults and adults, helping them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Approach

My therapeutic practice centers on creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their experiences and develop meaningful strategies for personal growth. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and I am committed to providing tailored support that respects your individual needs and experiences.

My approach combines a variety of treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Psychoeducation.  Each treatment plan will be developed to meet the individual’s needs and concerns.

Through evidence-based techniques and a collaborative approach, I work alongside my clients to build resilience, enhance emotional well-being, and empower personal transformation.  Whether you are struggling with life transitions, relationship dynamics, or internal challenges, I am here to support you with empathy, knowledge, and genuine care.
